July 28, 2009 By: bbrotherson Category: Announcement

Once again Troop 151 won big at Camp Parsons. This year our Patrols took 2nd and 3rd in the Best Patrol Contest, out of 62 Patrols. Our canoe team finished 2nd using 4 Scouts and 3 paddles (losing 1 paddle during the race).  Conor Myhre won the adult pentathlon.  Tim Lynch won the grand prize of Waiter of the Week in the dinning hall. The Troop took home the 2nd Place Best Troop Award.  A great job for a Troop of 10 Scouts.

In addition the Scouts earned 27 Merit Badges, Gabe complete his 1st Class requirements, and Raymond has almost finished his 2nd Class and 1st Class requirements.

James and Logan S. did a great job leading our Troop and everyone had fun.

A big Thank Youto our returning Eagel Scouts for their help during the week. Conor Myhre stayed all week and was a big help with eveything. Will Ringness worked with our canoe team. Trip Maguire helped with getting everything ready for Friday, and hauling gear home on Saturday.
